### **1. Understand Mad Paws’ Review Guidelines**

* Reviews are meant to reflect the genuine experiences of pet owners.

### **2. Attempt Resolution with the Pet Owner**

### Steps to Take:

* **Communicate Politely:** Discuss your concerns with the pet owner and try to resolve the issue amicably.
* **If Resolved:** Request the pet owner’s agreement to edit or delete the review. Gather any written evidence or screenshots showing their consent and share with the support team.
* **If Unresolved:** Prepare the following details before contacting support:
  * The specific booking or pet owner’s name related to the review.
  * A clear explanation of your concerns (e.g., unfair ratings or inaccurate information).
  * Any relevant supporting documents, such as messages or screenshots.

### **3. Contact Customer Support**

### Steps to Follow:

* Click the **Live Chat icon** or submit a ticket through the **Help Centre**.
* Provide the required details, including:
