# I Don't Have Any Reviews Yet, What Can I Do?

If you’re just starting as a Pet Sitter, you can build trust with prospective clients by adding testimonials from friends, family, or past pet-sitting clients. This boosts your profile visibility and helps you stand out to Pet Owners.

## **Instructions (From a Web Browser)**

1. Log into your Mad Paws Pet Sitter Profile on the app or website, landing on your Dashboard.
2. Click on **Request Testimonials** to start a new message.

3. Write a personalised message for a family member, friend, or past client asking for a testimonial.
4. Preview your message by selecting **Preview Your Message**.
5. Add the recipient's email address, then click **Send Email Message** or **Send with Facebook**.

6. Your contact will receive a request to submit a testimonial, which will appear on your profile once completed.
