# How To View The Booking Status

To easily stay updated on your bookings, you can view the status of each booking directly from your Mad Paws account. This helps you manage your schedule and confirm that payments have been received. Here’s how to check your booking status in just a few steps.

## Instructions


1. **Log In to Your Mad Paws Account**
2. **Navigate to the “[Bookings](https://www.madpaws.com.au/bookings)” Section**
3. **Check Booking Details and Status**
   * *Review Status*
   * *Filter by Status or Client*
4. **View Payment Confirmation**

   *Confirm that payment has been received by checking for a “Paid” status.* 
5. **Access Additional Booking Details**

* **What should I do if a booking status isn’t updating?**

  *Refresh the page or log out and log back in. If it still doesn’t update, contact Mad Paws support for assistance.*

  
* **How can I tell if a booking is confirmed?**

  *A booking is confirmed when it shows a “Paid” status in your Bookings tab.*

  
* **Why can’t I see a payment confirmation?**

  *Payments might take some time to process. Wait a few minutes, and if it’s still not showing, reach out to support.*

  
* **When can the Pet Owner pay for the booking?**

  *The sitter needs to approve the booking first. This is the only time when the Pet Owner will have the option to pay for the booking.*

  
* **What happens when the customer pays for the booking?**

  *Once the Pet Owner pays for the booking, the booking status will change to paid and it will now reflect on your calendar.*
