# How to View a Pet Owner’s Emergency Contact

At Mad Paws, we understand how important it is to reach someone quickly if an unexpected situation arises while a pet is in your care. To support safe and reliable pet care, we strongly encourage Pet Owners to add an emergency contact to their account.


As a Pet Sitter, you can easily access this information through the pet’s profile.

## **Where to Find the Emergency Contact**

Follow these steps to view a Pet Owner’s listed emergency contact:



1. **Log in** to your Mad Paws account.
2. Go to your **Bookings**.
3. Select the booking and click **View Pet Profile**.

4. Navigate to the pet’s **Health** section.
5. You will find the Pet Owner’s **emergency contact details** listed there.
