# How To Update My Payment Details

To ensure smooth and timely payments, it's important to keep your payment details up to date. As of the latest update, Sitters can no longer update their bank details directly on Mad Paws. Instead, you’ll need to contact the Mad Paws Support Team for assistance.

## **Instructions**


1. **Log In to Your Mad Paws Account**
   * Access the Mad Paws website or app.
   * Enter your login credentials and click Log In.
2. **Check Payment Section for Existing Details**
   * Navigate to your Dashboard.
   * Go to the Payment tab to view your current payment information.
3. **Contact Mad Paws Support to Update Bank Details**
   * If you need to update your bank details, contact the Mad Paws Support Team.
   * Use the contact options provided on the website or app to request assistance.
4. **Provide Necessary Information**
   * When contacting support, have the following details ready:
     * Full Name (matching the account holder’s name)
     * Payment Method (Bank or PayPal)
     * For Bank: BSB and Bank Account Number
5. **Confirm and Verify**
   * Once you’ve contacted Support, they will guide you through the verification process to update your payment details.
   * Follow up if you do not receive confirmation within the expected timeframe.
