Setting a clear cancellation policy is essential for protecting your time and ensuring fairness for both you and the Pet Owner. Follow these steps to create a policy that suits your pet sitting services.

## **Instructions (From the Web Browser)**


1. **Log In to Your Mad Paws Account**
2. **Go to ‘My Profile’**

3. **Navigate to 'Services & Rates'**

4. **Choose a Policy Type**
   * Select a cancellation policy that best fits your needs:
     * *Flexible*: Owners can cancel with no charge up to 24 hours before the booking.
     * *Moderate*: Owners can cancel with no charge up to 7 days before the booking.
     * *Strict*: Owners can cancel with no charge up to 14 days before the booking.
