Redeeming your Mad Paws balance is simple and secure. Ensure that the booking was paid through the Mad Paws platform and that the Pet Owner has confirmed the end of the stay. Once these steps are completed, you can request your payment.

## **Instructions**


1. **Ensure the Booking is Paid Through Mad Paws**
   * Confirm that the Pet Owner has completed the booking payment through the Mad Paws platform.
   * Payments made outside the platform are not eligible for redemption.
2. **Wait for the Pet Owner to Confirm the End of the Stay**
   * After the booking ends, the Pet Owner must confirm that the stay was completed.
   * Encourage the Pet Owner to confirm promptly to avoid delays in redeeming your balance.
3. **Log in to Your Mad Paws Account**
   * Access your account through the website or app.
4. **Navigate to the Payment Section**
   * Go to your Dashboard and select the **Payments** tab.
   * Review your available balance to ensure it reflects the completed booking.
5. **Request Payment**
   * Click the **Request Payment** button.
   * Ensure your bank or PayPal details are correctly set up to receive funds.
6. **Receive Your Payment**
   * Payments are processed according to Mad Paws’ payment schedule and will be transferred to your linked account.
