In rare cases where something goes wrong during a booking, Mad Paws can step in to help review and resolve the issue. Most concerns can be settled through direct communication, but if that doesn’t resolve the matter, you can escalate it for formal review.

**Important:** Disputes must be raised within the required reporting timeframe to be eligible for review under Mad Paws policies

*Disputes should be raised promptly after the issue occurs (delayed reports may limit eligibility for review under platform policies).*
