A Police Check Badge enhances your profile by demonstrating your trustworthiness and reliability. To get a Police Check Badge, simply upload a valid police check to your Sitter profile, and it will be reviewed within 7 business days.

## **Instructions**


1. **Obtain a Police Check**
   * Ensure your police check is issued within the last 12 months by an accredited Australian provider.
   * Examples of providers include National Crime Check or your local police station.
2. **Log in to Your Mad Paws Account**
   * Access your account through the Mad Paws website or app.
3. **Navigate to the Profile Section**
   * Go to your dashboard and find the **Verification** section.
4. **Upload Your Police Check**
   * Click the option to upload your police check.
   * Ensure the document is clear, complete, and includes all required information.
5. **Wait for Review**
   * Your police check will be reviewed within 7 business days.
   * Once approved, the Police Check Badge will automatically appear on your profile.
