# How To Change The Service Type?

**Available on Mobile/Desktop Browser or App?** ✅ Yes, accessible on both mobile and web platforms.

Mad Paws allows flexibility in managing your bookings, including making changes to the service type if your needs shift. However, service type changes are only available for unpaid bookings. **If a booking has already been paid for, you’ll need to contact Customer Support for assistance.**

## **Instructions (From the App)**


1. Log In
2. Go to ‘Bookings’

3. Locate the Unpaid Booking

4. Click ‘Edit’

5. Select New Service Type

6. Click the ‘Update’ button

   7\. Enter the Reason and click ‘Complete Edit and Approve’

## Instructions (From the Browser)


1. **Log In**: Access your Mad Paws account.
2. **Go to ‘Bookings’**: Head to the Bookings section.
3. **Locate the Booking**: Find the booking you wish to modify.
4. **Click the ‘Edit’ Icon**: Open the booking details for editing.
5. **Select New Service Type**: Choose the new service from the available options.
6. **Save Changes**: Confirm and save to complete the update.

Note: Once a Pet Sitter Edits a ‘Pending’ booking request, the status automatically changes to ‘Approved’.
