# How to Cancel an Unpaid Booking

If you need to cancel a booking that has not been paid for, you can do so quickly and easily from the booking page.

## **Instructions**

1. **Log in to Your Mad Paws Account**

   * Open the Mad Paws website or app and sign in to your account.
2. **Go to the Booking Page**

   * Navigate to the **[Bookings](https://www.madpaws.com.au/bookings)** section from your dashboard.
   * Select the unpaid booking you want to cancel.
3. **Cancel the Booking**

   * Click the **Cancel Booking** option.
   * Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.
4. **Receive Confirmation**

   * You’ll receive a notification confirming that the booking has been successfully cancelled.
