# How To Cancel A Paid Booking On Mad Paws

## **Instructions (From the Web Browser)**

**1. Go to Booking Details**

* Log in to your Mad Paws account and navigate to the Booking Details page of the paid booking you wish to cancel.
* Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Cancel Booking button.

**2. Provide Cancellation Reason**

* Select a reason for the cancellation from the dropdown menu.
* Briefly describe why you are cancelling the booking.

**3. Review Refund Details**

* The system will display an estimated refund breakdown.
* Review the details carefully as some cancellations may result in a partial refund.

**4. Submit the Request**

* Once you've reviewed the breakdown, submit the cancellation request.
* The Mad Paws Customer Service team will process your request, and if applicable, the refund should be credited to your account within 7 days.
