## Approving a Booking Request (From the App)


1. Log In
2. Go to ‘Bookings’

* **Can I cancel a booking after it’s been approved?**

  *Yes, you may still cancel a booking even after it’s been approved.*

  


* **The owner is unable to make a payment.**

  *Make sure that the booking status is changed to ‘Approved’. That’s the only time that the Pet Owner will see the option to make a payment.*
