Currently, customers cannot directly add days to an ongoing booking that has been paid for. Instead, you’ll need to create a new booking to cover any additional days you need.

## **Instructions**

* **Contact the Pet Owner**

  Discuss the need for additional days and confirm their agreement to create a new booking.
* **Create a New Booking**

  Log in to your Mad Paws account and set up a new booking for the additional days.
* **Inform the Pet Sitter About the New Booking**

  Ensure the Pet Sitter is aware of the extra days and agrees to the new arrangement.
* **Check for Conflicts and Update Your Calendar**

  Verify your availability and update your Mad Paws calendar to avoid overlapping bookings.
* **Remind the Owner to Complete Payment**

  Ask the Pet Owner to approve and pay for the new booking promptly to secure the extra days.
