* Booking requests should only created by pet owners. While you may see some automated messages from us within a booking, we never create the booking ourselves, and should never list Mad Paws as the owner.


* Request your personal or payment information via text, in-app message, or email.
* Ask you to provide personal details on external websites or forms.


### What to do if you think you’ve received a fraudulent message

* **Contact us immediately** and **do not take any action** on the booking. Our team will review the messages and respond promptly.
* **NEVER** share personal or payment details.
* **DO NOT** click any links or open attachments.
