# How Do I Get Paid For A Booking?

**Available on Mobile/Desktop Browser or App?** ✅ Yes, accessible on both mobile and web platforms.

Once the booking ends, the Pet Owner confirms the stay, and you can redeem your payment. If the owner doesn't confirm, it will be automatically done after 7 days. Payments are processed every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding public holidays.

1. **Wait for Booking Confirmation**
2. **Redeem Your Payment**


3. **Request Payment**

* Log in to your Mad Paws account and navigate to Account Overview.

* Select either Balance or Request Payment to proceed.

* For your first request, enter your preferred payment method, such as bank details or a PayPal account. Ensure the account is registered to your profile.

***Important***: Payments will be declined if requested to an account not registered under your name unless you are a minor (e.g., a partner or family member’s account).
