# How Do I Confirm The End Of Stay?

Confirming the end of your pet's stay is simple and can be done through the Messages section in your Mad Paws account. This step also prompts the option to leave a review for your Pet Sitter and releases their payment.

## **Instructions (From the Web Browser)**

1. Access Messages
2. Confirm End of Stay:

   * *On the last day of the booking (typically around the afternoon), a “Confirm End of Stay” button will appear at the bottom right of the conversation.*
   * *Click on this button.*

3. Finalise and Review
4. Receive Confirmation
