Updating your payment details on Mad Paws is a straightforward process that ensures your payments are sent to the correct account. Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up your payment information seamlessly.

## **Instructions**

**1.** Login to your Mad Paws account and go to the **[Account Overview](https://www.madpaws.com.au/account)** page. Under your profile picture will show your balance, click on **Request Payment.**

2\. Please note that you can choose whether you want to be paid to a bank account or PayPal account. Fill in your personal details.

3. Start adding your payment details on this page. Don't forget to click **Confirm New Account to save the changes.**

  *For users under 18, payments must be sent to the primary account holder. Those over 18 can direct payments to another listed individual.*
