# How Do I Cancel A Paid Booking?

Owners and Sitters can now cancel future paid bookings directly from the Booking Details page, which streamlines the refund process and provides clear information on fees and policies before finalising.

## **Instructions (From the Web Browser)**


1. **Go to the *Booking Details* page for the booking you'd like to cancel.**

2. **Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the "Cancel Booking" button.**

3. **Choose a cancellation reason and briefly describe why you’re cancelling.**
4. R**eview the estimated refund breakdown based on the cancellation policy.**

5. **Submit your cancellation request, which will be processed by the Customer Service team.**
