All communication with your Sitter should be done **through the Mad Paws platform**. This keeps everything safe, secure, and in one place — making sure you both have the right details about your booking and your pet’s care. It also helps us support you better if anything needs to be reviewed.

1. Log in to your account using the **app** or on our **website**:
2. Go to your **Messages** tab and open the chat with your sitter.
3. Type your message and hit **Send**.
