1. Confirm the last known details

Check with your Pet Sitter:

  • What happened before they went missing

2. Start searching immediately

Search nearby and familiar areas:

  • Streets and neighbourhood
  • Parks and usual walking routes
  • Known hiding spots

3. Contact local support

Reach out to:

  • Local vets
  • Animal shelters and pounds
  • Council animal services
  • RSPCA

4. Notify Mad Paws (within 48 hours of the incident)

Report the incident as soon as possible so it can be recorded and reviewed.
