In the event of encountering an aggressive dog during a booking, follow our Dangerous Dog Protocol for guidance and support.

## Instructions

**1. Initiate Contact**

* During Operating Hours:
  * Message our Customer Support team via live chat. Click the green icon at the bottom right corner of the screen and title your message DANGEROUS DOG.
* Outside Operating Hours:
  * Email us at [trust@madpaws.com.au ](mailto:trust@madpaws.com.au)with the subject DANGEROUS DOG and provide a brief description of the situation.

**2. Receive Expert Guidance**

* Our protocol is vetted by Michael Shikashio, CDBC, a world-renowned aggressive dog trainer. Our trained customer service team will assist you throughout the process.

**3. Follow the Instructions Provided**
