Instructions

Ensure You Have Available Balance

• Go to your Dashboard and check your Mad Paws balance under the Payments section.

Make a Booking as a Pet Owner

• Use your Pet Owner account to search for a Sitter, send a booking request, and proceed to payment.

Select “Mad Paws Credit” at the Payment Section

• At the payment screen, you’ll see Mad Paws Credit listed as an available option if your balance is sufficient.
• If your balance doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the difference using a card or PayPal.

Confirm and Complete Payment

• Finalise your payment and receive a confirmation email. Your booking will be processed as usual.
