# App Not Working?

If the Mad Paws app isn’t loading or functioning correctly, follow these steps to troubleshoot and get it working again.

## **Instructions**

## For Android Users:


1. **Go to Settings.**
2. **Navigate to Apps.**
3. **Find Mad Paws and delete the data/cache.**
4. **Delete the app and reinstall it.**
